Payment Policy

At the moment, Terkasih Jewelry only accepts payments via bank transfer and PayPal for domestic orders, and PayPal for international orders. After making your purchase, please upload your payment proof on the confirmation payment page.

Allow us 1x24 hours to check and validate your payment. Once it is confirmed, just sit tight, our team will process your order, and you will receive the tracking number once it is handed over to our local courier.

 

We are continuously working to improve your convenience in making payments. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues.

Domestic orders

All domestic Terkasih Jewelry orders ship from J&T Regular services.  Orders are processed maximum within 3 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesia public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high order volume, courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.​

Same-day Services (Bali Area)

Same-day delivery is available only within the Bali area. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Seminyak, Bali. Orders using same-day services must be placed via our official Shopee store. Please contact us on Shopee before selecting the same-day delivery option to confirm availability. Free shipping is not available for orders placed through our Shopee official store.

International Orders

All Terkasih Jewelry international orders are shipped via Pos Indonesia EMS International Shipping Services.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees, the shipping service will contact you to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery.

At the moment, we cover delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. But don't worry, if your country is not within our covered areas, please email us at Hello@terkasihjewelry.com with details about your international order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly. If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will review the case, and if eligible, provide a replacement or refunds at our discretion.

If an incorrect or defective item was sent, please reach out to us immediately via email at Hello@terkasihjewelry.com for a resolution.​​

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, items marked as Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email Hello@terkasihjewelry.com with your order details to request authorization. Items must be returned unworn or altered in any way in original packaging. Once received at our warehouse, our team will review each item to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.

 

All charges incurred in the case of a return (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

All refunds and exchanges may only be processed based on your order receipt and align with amount paid at the original time of purchase.
