• This guarantee applies only to silver jewelry purchased directly from Terkasih Jewelry (Website and Shopee) and registered under the Lifetime Repolishing Guarantee program.

• Proof of purchase is required for all repolishing requests.

• Only items with the Lifetime Repolishing Guarantee add-on at the time of purchase are eligible

 

What's Included

• Deep scratches, dents, or structural damage that require repair.

• Replacement of missing stones, pearls, broken clasps, or other non-polishing-related repairs.

• Silver jewelry that has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party.

• Items that have been heavily corroded due to improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.

How to Use Your Guarantee

• Ship the item to our service center at your expense (return shipping will be covered by us).

• Allow 7-10 days for the repolishing process before the item is shipped back to you.

• This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• We reserve the right to refuse repolishing for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

• The repolishing process does not restore significant damage or missing elements.
